Find the answers for the most frequently asked questions below

What kind of tests do you offer?

We offer PCR and antigen tests. Some of our referral lab partners might also provide antibody or other molecular tests, such as LAMP.

What are the differences between the two?

PCR tests are genetic tests. These are highly accurate, but can take between 1-36 hours to process depending on the lab you select and service you select. PCR tests will also pick up an infection earlier in the viral cycle than antigen tests, especially if you are not yet showing symptoms. Antigen tests look for proteins of the virus. These tests work best when determining if you are infectious right now, and are most accurate among people showing symptoms. Antigen tests are generally fast (15- 60 minutes) to process.

How do I make my booking?

You can make your booking via our website, by choosing the test centre nearest to you. For some countries you will be referred to our partner labs website, to complete the booking and pay. When booking, your details, must be exactly the same as printed in your passport and travel documents.

Can I take my whole family to the booking?

If travelling with your family, you should make a separate booking for each family member. For some of our partner labs, you will be able to add several family members to the same booking. We are working on allowing multiple people to book at the same time.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major international credit cards.

When should I make my booking?

This depends entirely on where you are travelling too. For most countries, you should get tested no more than 72 hours before departure, or for some countries, arrival, for PCR tests. For most countries that accept Antigen tests for entry, the test must be taken 48 hours prior to departure, or for some countries, be no older than 48 hours upon time of arrival. You should ALWAYS check with your airline, to see if they have specific requirements to board their plane, and with local authorities at your origin and destination, to ensure you comply with testing requirements.

Is the testing process safe?

All our testing partners and labs are accredited and certified in their respective countries and follow the highest standards.

I’d like to get a test even though I am flying domestically, or to a country that does not require a test, is this possible?

Yes, you can book a test with us, whatever your destination.

How do I change my booking?

Please contact the lab you have booked with to change or cancel your booking. The contact details can be found in your email confirmation.
